摘要
采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等研究方法,对普拉提的相关内容以及普拉提运动对人体形态的影响效果进行研究。结果显示:普拉提运动可以加强核心力量,促进平衡能力、提高协调性以及缓解肌肉紧张,对人体形态的影响效果非常显著。本研究期望使更多的民众了解普拉提运动,参与其中并获益。
Using literature research methods, expert interviews and other research methods, the Pilates related content and the effect of Pilates exercise on human form were studied. The results show that: Pilates exercise can strengthen the core strength,promote balance ability, improve coordination and relieve muscle tension; the effect on the human form is very significant.This study is expected to make more people understand the Pilates movement, participate in and benefit from it.
