区域创新能力与经济增长研究——以四川省专利产出为例

Research on Regional Innovation Ability and Economic Growth——Taking Sichuan Patent Output as an Example

本文以专利产出测度区域创新能力,以此探讨其与经济增长的关系。本文在文献分析的基础上,运用理论模型进行测度;并以四川省专利产出为例,搜集其专利产出与GDP的面板数据进行检验;得到若干有益结论,为提升四川区域创新能力提供决策建议。这对提高专利受理量和批准量,专利产出的质量,提升西部地区综合竞争力和促进技术创新具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。首先用样本自相关图法检验变量的自相关性,并运用ADF检验法对统计数据进行平稳性检验,接着对统计数据进行协整性检验,最后通过对计算结果的分析提出政策建议。

The patent output is an important measure of local science and technology competitiveness, and it is also an indicator of local integrative competitiveness. In this paper, the relationship between patent output and economic growth of Sichuan province have been studies using the Cooperate Reorganization Theory, which is important both theoretically and practically to increase the quantities of accepted and authorized patents as well as the quality of patents thus improve the local integrative competitiveness and promote technological innovation. At first, we exam the autocorrelation of variables using Sample Autocorrelation Chart, and take out a stable examination on the statistical data using ADF inspection procedure. Then we test the cooperative reorganization of the data, and establish a cooperative reorganization equation with an error correction model. Finally we draw some beneficial conclusions by the model.
