差异化需求视角下农民工对城市公共文化产品的评价

Migrant Workers’ Estimate towards the Supply of Urban Public Cultural Products from Differentiation Demand Perspective

农民工是我国二元经济体制下的特殊劳动群体,他们对公共文化服务的需求和城市居民相比具有差异性,引致这一群体对城市公共文化产品供给的评价也有不同。实证研究结果显示,闲暇时间较少的农民工对城市公共文化产品供给的评价趋于负面,而收入水平越高的农民工的评价则刚好相反。在公共文化设施的供给方面,社区或单位是否有学习培训室正向影响农民工对城市公共文化产品供给的评价;在公共文化服务供给方面,社区或单位是否开展文艺活动、是否开展流动公共文化服务、是否提供免费手机报三个方面显著正向影响农民工对城市公共文化产品供给的评价。

Migrant workers being a special labor group under the dual economic system, the demand for cultural public goods is different from that of ordinary citizens and peasants, which results their difference evaluation towards the supplement of culture public goods. The empirical study shows that the migrant workers with longer working experience has more negative evaluation about the urban culture of public goods supply, and the migrant workers with higher income level has the opposite view. In the aspect of the supply of public cultural facilities, whether a community contains a studying room has a positive effect on the Migrant workers’ evaluation towards supply of urban culture public goods. In the aspect of the supply of public cultural services, whether a community is able to carry out cultural activities and offer public cultural services or to provide free mobile newspaper is the most significant three aspects that has positive impacts on the Migrant workers’ evaluation towards supply of urban culture public goods.
