摘要
从工艺参数、材料及加工设备的合理配置入手,成功开发出高蓬松拼块地毯。性能测试结果表明:在由脚轮椅引起的宽度和长度的变化率方面,普通拼块地毯分别比高蓬松拼块地毯高出2.33倍和1.83倍;在由热和水引起的宽度和长度变化率方面,普通拼块地毯分别比高蓬松拼块地毯高出3.00倍和2.00倍;在由热和水引起的翘曲变化方面,普通拼块地毯比高蓬松拼块地毯高出2.00倍;在拉毛及拔出力方面,高蓬松拼块地毯比普通拼块地毯高出1.00倍多。
From the reasonable configuration of process parameters,materials and processing equipment,the high bulky carpet tiles were successfully developed. And the performance testing results showed that,in terms of the change rate of width and length caused by the wheelchair's feet,the ordinary carpet tiles were 2. 33 times and 1. 83 times higher than the high bulky carpet tiles respectively. In terms of the change rate of width and length caused by heat and water,the ordinary carpet tiles were 3. 00 times and 2. 00 times higher than the high bulky carpet tiles respectively. In terms of warp changes caused by heat and water,the ordinary carpet tiles were 2. 00 times higher than the high bulky carpet tiles. In terms of pulling and pulling force,the high bulky carpet tiles were 1. 00 times higher than the ordinary carpet tiles.
