中职教师自我效能感与职业倦怠的关系研究——以新乡卫生学校教师为例 被引量:1

摘要 以新乡卫生学校的150名教师为调研对象,探讨了中职教师自我效能感与职业倦怠的关系,并得出通过提高教育教学水平、经常向经验丰富的老教师学习、积极参加各种教学培训的方式提高教师教学效能感降低职业倦怠感的结论。
