摘要
采用阴离子表面活性剂SDS、正辛醇、异辛烷和酸性染料水溶液,组成羊毛染色用反胶束体系。考察了酸性染料分别在SDS/正辛醇/异辛烷和常规水浴中对羊毛纤维的染色性能,并研究了反胶束作为羊毛染色介质的重复使用性能。结果表明,以SDS反胶束为染色介质,用酸性红G染料对羊毛纤维染色较佳的工艺条件为:W值为12,pH=1,染色温度85℃,染色时间70 min;酸性染料在反胶束中的电导率明显低于常规水浴;酸性染料在反胶束中对羊毛纱线的上染百分率略低于常规水浴,但耐摩擦色牢度和耐洗色牢度与常规法相当。重复使用SDS/正辛醇/异辛烷反胶束体系所得染色样品的K/S值变化不大,颜色特征值无明显变化。
A reverse micelle system for wool dyeing is prepared with anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), octanol, isooctane and water-based acid dye solution. The acid dyeing behaviors of wool yarn in SDS reversed micelle and water bath are discussed, and the reuse of reverse micelle after wool dyeing is researched. The results show that the optimum dyeing process with Acid Red G in SDS reverse micelles medium is dyeing 8.5℃ for 70 min with Wvalue of 12 and pH value of 1. The electric conductivity of acid dyes in SDS reverse micelle is significantly lower than that in water bath. The exhaustion with SDS reverse micelle is a little lower than that with water bath with no obvious change in color fastness to rubbing and washing. SDS reverse micelle can be reused, and the dyeings with the reused micelle have almost the similar chromatic value.
