银杏落叶植物染料的提取及真丝染色 被引量:10

摘要 银杏落叶可提取天然植物染料,通过分析提取液的吸光度选择了浸提的提取剂;讨论了染液质量浓度、染色温度、染色时间和pH值对K/S值的影响,通过正交分析法确定了直接染色最佳工艺;分析了媒染剂和媒染方法对K/S值及染色牢度的影响。结果表明,选择水作为银杏落叶染料的提取剂较为合适;银杏落叶染料真丝织物直接染色的最佳工艺为染液质量浓度为50 g/L,染色温度90℃,染色时间60 min,染浴pH值为3,浴比为1∶50;媒染对银杏落叶染料真丝织物染色的牢度有一定的提高,其中后媒法效果最好。 Leaves of ginkgo can extract natural plant dyes. The extraction solvent is selected by analyzing the absorbance of the extract. The influence of the mass concentration, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and pH value on the dyeing effect is analyzed. The direct dyeing process is determined by orthogonal analysis. The effects of mordant and mordant dyeing methods on K/S value and dyeing fastness are analyzed. The results show that it is appropriate to select water as the extraction agent for ginkgo leaves pigment. The optimized process for silk fabric dyeing by is determined as follows: mass concentration of natural pigment 50 g/L, dyeing temperature 90℃, dyeing time 60 min, pH value 3, bath ratio 1:50. The color fastness of the dyed silk fabrics with ginkgo leaves pigment by mordanting is improved. The post-mordant method has best dyeing effect.
