摘要
为了解决国内冶金双金属复合管制造过程中的焊接技术难题,设计开发了一种以带极焊接设备为核心的双金属复合管纵缝焊接生产线,并对其焊接工艺和带极焊接材料进行了研究。结果显示,采用以带极焊接为核心的焊接技术,焊接的复合管焊缝的力学性能、晶间腐蚀性能等指标均满足相关标准要求。现场使用结果表明,设计开发的复合管成套焊接技术可以解决冶金双金属复合管纵向焊缝的焊接技术难题。采用该焊接技术不仅提高了生产效率,而且有利于实现冶金双金属复合管的国产化生产。
In order to solve the welding problems in the manufacture of metallurgical bimetal composite pipe, bimetal composite pipe longitudinal seam welding production line with the strip welding equipment at the core was developed, and the welding technology and strip welding material were studied. The results showed that by the welding technology with the strip welding at the core, mechanical properties and intergranular corrosion resistance of composite pipe weld met relevant standards. The field application indicated that the developed composite pipe welding technology could solve the welding problems of metallurgical bimetal composite pipe longitudinal seam. Using the technology could not only improve the production efficiency, but also realize the localization production of metallurgical bimetal composite pipe.
