基于虚拟技术的磨矿控制实时仿真系统的设计与开发

Design and development of real time simulation system for grinding control based on virtual technology

摘要 针对当前铁矿石生产的自动化需求,以及在生产效率方面的要求,结合当前的仿真技术,构建了一套磨矿控制实时仿真系统。对此,文章首先对磨矿工艺流程进行了简单的介绍,然后对选择工艺流程中的二段磨矿作为主要的研究对象;其次,结合软件设计思想,对实时仿真控制系统的需求进行分析,并分别从硬件和软件的角度对系统进行了设计。在软件设计方面,重点就三维图形建模、OPC通信、仿真的实时性等功能及实现进行了详细的研究。最后借助相关的开发工具,对设计的功能进行开发。最后,以部分仿真界面的方式验证了本方案设计的可行性和正确性,为当前磨矿的自动化控制提供了借鉴。 Aiming at the current automation demand and production efficiency requirements of iron ore production,combined with the current simulation technology,a real-time simulation system for grinding control is built.This article firstly introduces the grinding process,and then to choose the two section grinding process as the main object of study;secondly,combined with the idea of software design,the real-time simulation control system needs analysis,and separately from the hardware and software of system design.In the aspect of software design,the function and Realization of 3D graphics modeling,OPC communication,simulation real-time and so on are studied in detail.Finally,the function of the design is developed with the aid of the related development tools. Finally,the feasibility and correctness of the design are verified by some simulation interface,which provides a reference for the automation control of the current grinding.
