原位还原制备磺酸型水性聚氨酯/纳米银复合材料及其表征 被引量:4

In Situ Synthesis and Characterization of Sulfonated Waterborne Polyurethane/Silver Nanocomposite

摘要 使用水溶性聚酯多元醇(BY3301)和磺酸盐扩链剂氨基磺酸钠(A95)与四甲基苯二甲基二异氰酸酯(TMXDI)合成了磺酸型水性聚氨酯(SWPU)。在SWPU中原位还原纳米银(AgNPs)制备了磺酸型水性聚氨酯/纳米银(SWPU/AgNPs)复合乳液。涂膜之后测试了复合材料的力学性能、热性能和粘接性能的变化。同时使用动态光散射(DLS)和透射电镜(TEM)测试了乳液的粒径分布以及AgNPs的尺寸。结果表明,原位还原引入的AgNPs可以提高复合材料的力学性能和热性能,对于SWPU的粘接性能影响不大。SWPU在复合材料中还起到了稳定剂的作用,有效避免了AgNPs的团聚。TEM的研究显示复合材料中的AgNPs的形状为球形,粒径范围在5~40 nm。 Sulfonated waterborne polyurethane( SWPU) was synthesized with sulfonic acid polyester glycol( BY3301),tetramethylenexylene diisocyanate( TMXDI) and sulfonic acid salt( A95). And sulfonated waterborne polyurethane/silver nanoparticle( SWPU/AgNPs) composites were prepared by incorporating silver nitrate into SWPU by in situ chemical reduction. The thermal properties,adhesion and mechanical properties of sulfonated waterborne polyurethane/Ag nanoparticle composites films were tested. And the particle size distribution of emulsion was observed by TEM and dynamic light scanning( DLS). The results show that,the mechanical properties and thermal properties of sulfonated waterborne polyurethane/Ag nanoparticle composites films are both improved with introduction of AgNPs. Whereas AgNPs does not affect the adhesion of waterborne polyurethane. TEM results indicate that Ag nanoparticles have spherical shape with the particle size ranging from 5 ~ 40 nm. And the Ag nanoparticles are found to be well dispersed in sulfonated waterborne polyurethane. And sulfonated waterborne polyurethane can also stabilize AgNPs without additional stabilizer.
