教育平衡:“双一流”建设高校及学科名录的冷思考 被引量:3

摘要 教育平衡是我国高等教育长期追求和建设的目标,通过对"双一流"建设中入选的137所高校和465个学科进行研究,发现:省域间入选高校数量参差不齐,且多位居省会城市;东部地区入选高校数量远超中西部地区;不同类型的高校入选量也大为不同;各省份入选学科数量多少不一;入选学科中自然科学类所占比例远高于人文社会科学类。在此基础上,从教育平衡的视角入手,对"双一流"建设高校中所面临的"遗珠之憾"、区域分布悬殊、类型分布不均以及建设学科中区域分布不均、文理失衡等问题进行探讨。 The balance of education is the goal of long-term pursuit and construction of higher education in our country. Through the study of 137 universities and 465 selected subjects in the construction of"Double-Class",it is found that the number of selected universities in different provinces is uneven,and many of them are located in provincial capital cities; The number of colleges and universities in the eastern part of the country is far more than the number in the central and western regions; The enrollment of different types of colleges and universities is also quite different; The number of selected disciplines varies from province to province; The proportion of natural sciences in the selected subjects is far higher in the humanities and social Sciences. On the basis of this,starting from the perspective of education balance,this paper discusses issues such as the "imperfections"of the "Double-Class"construction,the uneven distribution of regions,the uneven distribution of types,and the uneven regional distribution and imbalance of liberal arts and sciences in construction disciplines.
