“发现问题”:高校辅导员青年研究的逻辑起点——以马克思主义认识论为视角

“Problems Discovery”： the Logical Starting Point on Young College Counselors＇ Research——From Perspective of Marx＇s Epistemology

高校辅导员是开展青年研究的重要力量,学会发现问题是高校辅导员青年研究的前提条件。根据马克思主义认识论原理,高校辅导员要善于在科学理论与工作实践的矛盾中发现问题,在青年研究的基础理论与高校思想政治工作新情况、新问题、新趋势的矛盾中强化问题意识,发现一批体现时代特征、适应工作要求、满足实践需要的研究课题;要善于在青年理论的完备性与相容性的矛盾和紧张中寻找新的理论增长点,提出具有前瞻性、启发性、科学性的研究议题;要善于在不同理论间知识互动与争鸣中发现问题,以建设性和批判性眼光对已有研究成果进行梳理,挖掘不同理论派别的紧张感和内在张力。

College counselors are important forces to carry out youth research,and learning to identify problems is a prerequisite for young college counselors. According to the principle of Marxist epistemology,college counselors should be good at finding problems in the contradiction between scientific theory and work practice. They should strengthen the problem consciousness in the contradiction between the basic theory of youth research and the new situation of Ideological and political work,new problems and new trends in universities,and find a batch of characteristics of the times and the requirements of the work. In order to meet the needs of practice,college counselors also should be good at finding new theoretical growth points in the contradiction and tension of the completeness and compatibility of the youth theory,and put forward a forward-looking,enlightening and scientific research topic. On the other side,what the college counselors should be good at is to find problems in the knowledge interaction and contention between different theories with a constructive and critical vision,combing out existing research results with constructive and critical perspectives,and exploring the tension and internal tension between different theoretical factions.
