“一带一路”视角下高校留学生教育发展对策探讨

Foreign Student Education Development Policy from view of “the Belt and Road”Perspective

"一带一路"倡议的提出,既促进了中国与沿线国家的联系,也为我国留学生教育快速发展提供了良好契机。沿线国家相关基础设施建设的蓬勃发展以及大量中资企业涌入,催生了沿线国家对我国留学生教育的巨大需求。面对较好的国际国内形势以及随之而来的汉语热和国际联合办学热潮,高校应当紧紧抓住历史机遇期,给予政策、经费支持,创新留学生招生与培养策略,开展留学生"订单式""汉语言+技术"等多种培养模式,提升学校整体国际化办学水平。

With the development of＂the Belt and Road＂Initiative,the relationship between China and the countries along the Belt and Road has become much closer,which also provides a good chance for Chinese universities to rapidly develop the foreign student education. The rapid rise of national infrastructure construction in the countries along the Belt and Road as well as many Chinese-funded enterprises running business along the line will call for a big demand of foreign student education in China. Facing the advantages at home and abroad as well as the fever of Chinese language learning and Sino-Foreign joint education cooperation,the universities in China should seize the historical chance to give more policy support and put more fund to foreign student education,at the same time,innovating the foreign student enrollment and education policy,carrying out the new foreign student cultivation modes of＂Order-oriented＂and ＂Chinese Language ＋ Technology＂and to make more progress in the improvement of University Internationalized Education.
