486例不孕及不良孕产史夫妇外周血染色体核型检测结果分析

A Chromosomal Karyotyping Analysis of 486 Patients with Infertile or Negative Reproductive History

目的探讨不孕及不良孕产史与染色体异常的关系。方法收集不孕及有不良孕产史夫妇的外周血样本,培养外周血淋巴细胞制备染色体标本,通过G显带处理,进行染色体核型分析。结果 486例不孕及不良孕产史夫妇中检出58例核型异常,其中男性29例,女性29例,总异常检出率为11.9%。染色体异常主要包括平衡易位、臂间倒位、多态性等。结论染色体异常是导致不孕及不良孕产史的重要因素。因此,对不孕及不良孕产史的的夫妇进行外周血染色体检查十分必要。

Objective To investigating the relationship chromosome abnormalities. Methods The peripheral between infertile or negative reproductive history and blood samples of patients with infertile or negative reproductive history were collected. Peripheral blood lymphocytes were performed on routinely cultured and chromosomal karyotyping were examined through G-banding process. Results In 486 patients, the incidence of abnormal karyotype was 12.1%. The major chromosomal abnormalities consisted of reciprocal translocations, pericentric inversion, and polymorphism, etc. Conclusion The chromosomal abnormalities may play an important role in infertility and adverse pregnancy, so it is necessary to perform an examination of chromotin in patients who had negative reproductive history.
