CAP骨髓细胞形态学能力比对检验结果分析

Analysis of Bone Marrow Cell Morphology Test Results for CAP Proficiency Testing

目的通过参加美国病理家协会(College of American Pathologists,CAP)的能力比对检验(proficiency testing,PT),评价骨髓细胞形态学检验水平。方法将收到的PT样本按照临床常规样本对待,在规定日期内通过网络将上述结果反馈给CAP,并根据回报结果进行自我评估。结果两次PT中骨髓细胞分类计数13项中有1项自评未通过,每次PT有5个细胞辨识参加测评,共有3个细胞辨识自评未通过。结论通过CAP认可及参加能力比对检验,规范了骨髓细胞形态学检测流程,并通过CA P学习罕见骨髓形态病例,拓展了实验室检测能力。

Objective To evaluate the ability of Bone Marrow Cell morphology test by participating College of American Pathologists Proficiency Testing. Methods We processed the PT specimens in the same manner as patient specimens and reported the result online to CAP before the deadline for submission. After that, we performed a self-evaluation according to the review response provided by CAP. ForResults Bone Marrow Cell Differential self- assessment, except one of the thirteen items of two PT specimens was failed to pass, all the results were qualified. For cell identification self-assessment, three cell identifications were not passed. Conclusion The bone marrow cell morphological detection process was standardized after obtaining the certificate of CAP accreditation and participating CAP PT. Meanwhile, the ability of laboratory testing was improved with the exoeriences of rare cases of CAP PT.
