摘要
介绍了某钢厂使用的脱氧剂种类及70#钢的生产工艺流程,概述硅铝铁脱氧合金化生产70#钢的缘由、钢中非金属夹杂物的分类,通过热力学计算预测70#钢产生夹杂物的类型,利用金相显微镜分析金相组织,利用EPMA、EDS等手段对硅铝铁脱氧生产的70#钢中夹杂物进行显微结构及能谱分析,结合分析结果提出优化措施。
The types of deoxidizer used in a steel plant are introduced and production process flow of 70# steel,summary reason of Si-Al-Fe deoxidization alloying production of 70# steel,classification of non-metallic inclusions in steel,prediction of inclusions in 70# steel by thermodynamic calculation,metallographic analysis of metallographic structure by metallographic microscope,using EPMA and EDS methods Si-Al-Fe deoxidation produce 70#steel study on inclusions,microstructure and energy spectrum analysis,combining with the result of analysis,the optimization measures are put forward.
