摘要
对SUS430铁素体不锈钢冲压制品侧壁开裂样品进行研究分析,开裂钢卷45°方向的r值为0.6,正常钢卷45°方向r值为0.75,开裂钢卷45°方向r值较低。通过SEM分析开裂处,主要是富含Mg、Al、O的镁铝尖晶石类夹杂导致SUS430原料在冲压过程中抗45°方向变薄的能力降低,因此造成侧壁出现开裂。现场通过采取提升第一炉钢水纯净度控制措施,连铸钢包钢水全氧含量达到了40mg/L以下,钢水纯净度得到了较大的提升,后续跟踪改进后的SU430钢卷,冲压开裂现象已经得到了明显的控制。
The sidewall cracking samples of SUS430 ferritic stainless steel stamping products were investigated and analyzed.It is found that the R value in the 45°direction of the cracked steel coil is 0.6,the R value of the normal steel coil is 0.75,and the R value in the 45°direction of the cracking steel coil is lower than that of the SUS430 steel.It is found that the magnesia spinel inclusions rich in Mg,Al and O lead to the reduction of the ability of SUS430 material to resist 45°direction thinning during the stamping process,resulting in cracking on the side wall.The scene through enhancing the purity of molten steel in continuous casting ladle control measures,total oxygen content reached 40 ppm,the purity of molten steel can be greatly improved,SU430 steel follow-up improved volume,the phenomenon of cracking by stamping has been obviously controlled.
