摘要
对比了焦炭反应性及反应后强度的测定方法与焦炭在高炉内劣化过程的差异,讨论了影响焦炭CRI及CSR的主要因素,经过分析后认为,焦炭的反应性及反应后强度更多的是表征焦炭与CO2反应的活性,不能充分代表焦炭在高炉中的热态性能。
This paper compared the difference between China standard "Coke-Determination of reactivity and strength after reaction"and the coke degradation in the blast furnace.The main factors affecting Coke CRI and CSR were discussed,after analysis,it was believed that the CRI and CSR were more of a characterization of the activity of the coke reaction with CO2,not fully represented the coke thermal properties in blast furnace.
