设备传动过程中,各种运行链条在检修或更换时对位、安装经常耗时较多,而且不精确。主要针对单排或多排大型套筒滚子链检修和安装中存在的问题,提出了使用适合的安装工具的解决办法。保证检修和安装时链条对正,灵活调整链条张紧程度。

In the process of equipment transmission,the operation and replacement of various running chains are often time-consuming and inaccurate.This paper mainly aims at the problems existing in the overhaul and installation of single row or multi row large sleeve roller chains,and puts forward some solutions for using suitable installation tools.Ensure that the chain is aligned during overhaul and installation and flexibly adjust the chain tension.
