摘要
对于无勘察与设计资料的建筑在后续提标改造与维修加固前进行检测与鉴定是必要的,也是为后续加固与维修提供可靠的技术依据。通过对无勘察和设计文件的既有砌体结构教学楼进行检测与鉴定,鉴定其抗震性能、安全性等级,指导后续的改造与加固维修设计。经加固维修后此类建筑能够继续在服役期安全使用,减少了拆除新建的污染与浪费,具有一定的经济意义。
It is necessary to detect and identify buildings without investigation and design data before subsequent upgrading,maintenance and reinforcement,and provide reliable technical basis for subsequent reinforcement and repair.This paper tests and identifies the existing masonry structure teaching building without investigation and design documents,identifies its seismic performance and safety grade,and guides subsequent reconstruction and reinforcement design.After reinforcement and maintenance,this kind of building can continue to be used safely in the service period,reducing the new pollution and waste,and has certain economic significance.
