高墩大跨曲线桥梁墩底转体风险分析与控制 被引量:6

摘要 结合昆明黄马高速公路上跨南昆铁路立交桥和云南蒙文砚高速公路上跨昆玉河铁路立交桥两个工程,针对其桥墩高、跨度大、曲线半径小、墩底转体、上跨铁路营业线的特点,分析研究了其在设计、施工过程中存在的风险和采取的控制措施。设计上,采取优化转体墩高、梁长,减小转体吨位,曲线梁设置转体横向预偏心,减少配重量等方式;施工上,采取重点审查专项施组方案、加强施工安全质量管理、引入第三方安全监控等系列措施。实践证明,以上措施的应用使得转体系统非常稳定,施工安全风险可控,可为以后类似转体法施工桥梁工程方案设计的研究、审查提供指导和参考。 Considering that the characteristics of high-pier, long-span, small curve radius, pier bottom swivel and railway- overpass through the two projects of Huang-Ma Highway (from Huangtupo to Majinpu) crossing Nanning-Kunming Railway and Meng-Wen'Yan Highway (from Mengzi to Wenshan to Yanshan) crossing Kunming-Yuxi-Hekou Railway, the risks existing and the control measures in the design and construction process are analyzed. In the design, the methods of optimizing the pier height and beam length, reducing the beam weight and allocated weight are applied while rotating and setting the transversal pre-eccentricity of the curve beam. In the construction, the special construction organization plan is reviewed and a series of measures such as strengthening construction safety and quality management, the third-party safety monitoring are introduced. It is proved that the application of the above measures makes the swivel system very stable, and the safety risk of construction can be controlled. It could provide guidance and reference for the research and review of such bridge plan design in the future.
