摘要
以广州地铁4号线大涌站~塘坑站盾构区间为例,分析盾构法施工在上软下硬地层中存在的掘进缓慢、刀具磨损严重、喷涌、结泥饼等难点和风险,详细介绍盾构法在上软下硬地层中施工的参数控制、渣土改良等关键技术,并为类似工程提供参考。
Taking the shield interval construction of Dayong Station - Tangkeng Station in Guangzhou Metro Line 4 as an example, this paper analyzed the difficulties and risks existed in upper-soft and lower-hard stratum with shield method, such as slow driving, serious tool abrasion, spewing, mud ling. Then, the paper discussed the key technologies of parameters control and residue improvement about shield method used in the construction of upper-soft and lower-hard stratum. It could be served as a reference for similar projects.
