盾构施工中管片缺陷的防治与成型后缺陷处理措施研究

Research on Preventing Segment Defects in Shield Tunnelling and Treatment Measures for the Formed Segment Defects

地铁盾构隧道质量是大家关注的问题,而盾构隧道质量问题大多出现在管片上,当成型隧道出现管片上浮、错台、破损、裂纹等问题时,不仅要防水堵漏,还得采用一定的控制措施来解决隧道成型管片质量问题。本文措施能解决隧道在推进及拼装过程中发生错台、破损、裂纹后进行防治、控制的问题,也能解决管片成型后出现的缺陷等问题,确保了成型隧道满足运营安全要求。

The quality of metro shield tunnel is a matter of concern, however, the quality problems of shield tunnel are mostly on the segment. Once some issues arise with the formed tunnel, such as segment floating, faulting of slab ends, breakage and cracks, the control measures, including waterproofing and plugging, should be taken to solve the quality problems of the formed segment. In this paper, the measures can solve not only the above problems during tunnel＇ s driving and assembling, but also the defects after segment being formed. It could ensure the finished tunnel meet the operation safety requirements.
