40年改革开放历经三个阶段:对计划经济的反思和市场机制的引入、社会主义市场经济的建立、全面深化改革;年改革开放的主要经济成就:极大地解放和发展了生产力、市40场定位取得了突破、成为开放型经济成功的国家;年改革开放的主要经验与启示:改革要有40明确的受益主体、坚持以经济体制改革为重点、改革发展稳定协调统一;未来高起点深化改革的目标与任务:加快推进与高质量发展配套的重点改革、确保完成决胜全面建成小康社会各项改革任务、以完善社会主义市场经济体制为改革方向、形成全面开放新格局。

40-year-Reform and Opening has gone through three stages： the reflection of planned economy and the introduction of market mechanism, the establishment of socialist market economy and overall deepening reform. Its main economic achievements can be observed as liberation and development of productive forces, breakthrough of market positioning and success of the country＇ s open economy. So the forty-year-Reform-and-Opening experience shows that the success of Reform depends on a clear gained body, adhere to economic reform focus and stable coordination between Reform and development. Meanwhile it also depends on the goals and tasks of deepening Reform based on high starting point in the future; accelerating the important area of reform with high quality to ensure the completion of all Reform tasks in the overall well-off society, to improve the socialist market economic system reform and to form a comprehensive new Open pattern.
