摘要
干部队伍的"专业化"是专业知识、管理经验和专业精神的复合体。基于这样的概念界定,提升干部队伍专业化水平就要在选拔、录用、交流、储备诸环节注重专业化,实行干部队伍的分类管理提高专业化,加大考核评价力度强化专业化,以精准的教育培训突出专业化。
The "specialization" of officials is a complexity of professional knowledge, administration experience, and professional spirit. Based on this concept, specialization should be strengthened by selection, recruitment, exchange and reserving of officials in order to promote the professional level of officials, by increasing the classified management of officials' teams, by enhancing examination and evaluation, by pr 6 cised education and training.
