国家层面的"双一流"建设战略推出后,各省的"双一流"建设方案也相继出台。地方高校作为建设高等教育强国的重要支点,省域"双一流"建设的参与者,其图书馆采编部应主动服务"双一流"建设,更新采编人员的思想观念,做好顶层设计,要将工作的重心转移到"双一流"建设所需的图书信息资源采访上来,主动挖掘用户的现实需求和潜在需求,以提升自身服务地方高校"双一流"建设的能力。

With the national construction strategy named＂Double First-Class＂make public, the provinces alsohave been published in succession. Local university is an important pivot in the construction of strong higher education country and a participant in this national strategy; the acquisition and cataloging department in library of itplays an important role. To serve the strategy effectively, we will actively change our ideas and make the＂top-downdesign＂. Meanwhile, we must focus attention to document acquisition, tap the real and potential demand of readersto promote ability in the strategy.
