受房地产市场的影响,建筑工程技术专业生源有明显的变化,在人才培养过程中,专业特色不明显、校企合作不够深入等问题突显,建筑工程技术专业要走出一条新路。现代学徒制人才培养模式建立在传统的学徒制基础之上与现代职业教育的发展有机融合,为建筑工程技术专业建设、学生培养提供了新的思路和方法。

Affected by the real estate market, the student source of architectural engineering major has obviously changed. In the process of personnel training, such problems as inconspicuous major features and insufficient cooperation between schools and enterprises are remarkable, and thus construction engineering technology major is in desperate need of a new road. Modern apprenticeship personnel training mode, based on traditional apprenticeship mode, is the organic integration with modern vocational education, providing new ideas and methods to develop construction engineering major and cultivate students.
