摘要
钢丝电加热热处理淬火获得的索氏体组织首先要将钢丝的组织转变为奥氏体组织,然后再等温冷却成索氏体组织,材料选用共析钢,铅淬火设备选用电接触加热炉,对共析钢奥氏体形成选择2种工艺进行试验。结果表明,2种工艺条件下奥氏体都能形成,铅淬火后的索氏体组织都能满足制绳钢丝和弹簧用钢丝要求;2#工艺(DV值=120)钢丝韧性更好,生产效率更高,节能效果显著。
Wire electric heating heat treatment quenching of sorbite organization should first transform the organization of the steel wire into austenitic organization, and then go through isothermal cooling to become sorbite organization. Eutectoid steel is adopted. Lead quenching equipment chooses electric contact heating furnace. Two processes are adopted to test the formation of eutectoid steel austenite. Results show that austenite can form under the conditions of the two processed, and patenting sorbite organization can meet the requirements of wire rope and spring wire. 2 # process(DV value = 120) has advantages of better toughness, higher production efficiency, and remarkable energy saving performance.
