摘要
口蹄疫是我国规定强制免疫的动物疫病。为了评价口蹄疫疫苗强制免疫疫果,本研究采用液相阻断ELISA法检测了海南儋州某规模牛场强制免疫口蹄疫疫苗三价苗前后的免疫抗体水平。结果表明:强免口蹄疫三价灭活苗21 d后,试验牛血清O型、A型和亚Ⅰ型抗体效价和免疫合格率均达到规定标准;O型和A型免疫效果优于亚Ⅰ型免疫效果,而且肌肉注射效果优于皮下注射效果。
Foot-and-mouth disease (FMD) is an animal disease provided for compulsory vaccination in China. In order to evaluate the compulsory immunity effects of FMD vaccine in beef cattle, the antibody level of the beef cattle in a beef cattle farm was monitored before and after the beef cattle was inoculated compulsorily with trivalent inactivated vaccine by using the liquid phase blocking ELISA assay in Danzhou, Hainan. The results showed that the antibody level and immunity of the beef cattle against FMD virus types O, A and Asia I were consistent with the standards required after the beef cattle were inoculated for 21 days. The immune effect of the FMD virus types O and A was better than that of the type Asial in the beef cattle, and the intramuscular iniection had better effect than the hypodermical one.
