摘要在翻译研究当中,副文本与正文文本一起,共同构成文本的话语空间。本文从苏童作品《我的帝王生涯》原文文本及英译本的内副文本,即封面、宣传页及序言,及外副文本,即作者与译者的访谈、书评及读者评价出发,比较了由长江出版社出版的《我的帝王生涯》与Faber&Faber出版社出版的My Life as Emperor之间的异同,及这些异同对译文读者所产生的影响。
