空调分体内机显示器结构的研究与改善

Research and Improvement of Assembly Structure of Air Conditioner Display Box

本文通过笔者对家用空调分体内机的显示器结构的分析研究,结合刚完成开发的两款壁挂机新壳体的开发经验进行分析总结,提出对于空调内机的显示器在与面板装配结构设计上的改进要求,及设计要点。能够最大程度上的降低制造生产成本、提高产品结构强度、美观性和提高装配效率。对后续开发研究人员在此类显示盒开发时起到一定的指导作用。

In this paper, through analysis and study of assembly structure of household air conditioning unit, combined with analysis and summary of development experience of new shell of two wall hanging machines which have been developed, the improvement requirements for the design of display in the air conditioner with panel assembly structure and the main points of optimization design are put forward. It can reduce production cost, improve product structure strength, beauty and improve assembly efficiency. It will have a guidance effect on follow-up developing researchers to develop such displays.
