摘要
英语阅读理解是大学英语教学的主要任务,英语阅读理解能力是学生英语综合运用能力的重要组成部分,但地方本科院校大学生在英语阅读理解中却普遍存在着语篇驾驭能力弱、英语学习兴趣低、语言运用能力弱等问题。教师在英语阅读理解教学中,运用功能语法理论,从语境、主位结构、及物性、时态和衔接手段方面对语篇进行分析,可以很好地解决英语阅读教学中存在的问题。
Reading comprehension is the main task of college English teaching, and reading ability is animportant part of students' English comprehensive ability. However, in the process of English reading, thereare some problems such as low text control ability, low interest in English learning and weak language use abil-ity among students in local colleges and universities. Using the theory of functional grammar to analyze thecontext, thematic structure, transitivity, tenses and cohesive devices can solve the problems in the teaching ofcollege English reading.
