基于SAS的森林心理保健功能研究

A Research on Forest Mental Health Function Based on SAS

森林康养成为近年来十分流行的一种生态与健康结合的体验方式,并逐渐发展成为一个新兴产业——森林康养产业,成为未来森林服务业的发展方向之一。本文结合森林疗养、康养以及人体保健等相关知识,以宜春市上高县镜山森林公园的游客为调查对象,采用文献分析、问卷调查、数据分析等方法,对进入森林公园前后游客的心理焦虑状况差异进行调查研究,得出不同人的焦虑状况具有差异性,森林公园对缓解其焦虑状况也有差异,从而为森林的多功能利用提供依据。

Forest Therapy has become an ecological health experience pattern which has become popular in the world in recent years and has gradually developed into a new industry-Forest Therapy industry and become one of the future development direction of forest service industry.Based on the related knowledge of forest convalescence, health care and human health care,this paper takes the visitors of Jingshan Forest Park in Shang Gao County of Yichun City as the object of investigation, and uses literature analysis, questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods to investigate the differences of psychological anxiety between visitors before and after entering the Forest Park. The last conclusion reveals that different people has different psychological anxiety, and the relief of the forest are also exist differences. It can provide the basis for the multi-function utilization of the forest.
