空间视角下经济集聚对区域创新的影响研究

The Influence of Economic Agglomeration on Regional Innovation from Spatial Perspective

利用2000~2016年长三角地区县级行政区数据,运用动态空间面板杜宾模型考察经济集聚对区域创新的影响。研究发现:经济集聚显著促进了区域创新水平的提高,邻近地区的经济集聚与本地的区域创新水平显著正相关;区域创新具有显著的空间溢出效应和时间效应,即邻近地区的区域创新水平与本地显著正相关,区域创新在时间维度上具有"滚雪球"效应;邻近地区的研发投入强度、教育、市场化、金融发展、基础设施水平与本地的区域创新水平显著正相关。可充分利用经济集聚促进区域创新的红利,区域间的经济合作可为区域创新协同提供合作通道,构建区域创新共同体需有全局思维。

Based on the data of county - level administrative area of Yangtze River Delta Region from 2000 to 2016, this paper studies the influence of economic agglomeration on regional in- novation by using dynamic spatial panel Dubin model. The results show that economic agglomeration significantly promotes the regional innovation level, and the economic agglomeration of the neighboring areas has significant positive correlations with local regional innovation level. Regional innovation has significant spatial spillover effect and time effect, which means the regional innova- tion level of the neighboring areas is positively correlated with local region, and the regional innovation has a significant ＂snowball effect＂ in the time dimension. The intensity of R＆D investment, education, marketization, financial development and infrastructure level are positively correlated with local regional innovation levels. Economic agglomeration can be fully used to promote the dividends of regional innovation. Regional economic cooperation can provide channels of cooperation for regional innovation synergy, and the construction of regional innovation community needs global thinking.
