摘要 本文提出一种基于故障数据的汽车可靠性大数据分析理论。通过采集纯电动汽车、混合动力汽车、燃油汽车故障数据,研究提出适于大数据分析的车型故障规律统计和可靠性评价分析理论,结合加权分析法综合评价不同类型车型可靠性水平。通过对比分析揭示新能源相对传统燃油汽车的故障变化规律和可靠性水平,从而为提高新能源汽车可靠性,降低维护成本,扩大车主购车选择.提升新能源汽车市场吸引力提供基础支撑。 This paper presents a theory of large data analysis for automobile reliability based on vehicle failure data. By collecting the vehicle failure data of pure electric vehicle, hybrid electric vehicle and fuel vehicle, the paper puts forward the theory of vehicle failure statistics and reliability analysis, which is suitable for big data analysis, and combines the weighted analysis method to comprehensively evaluate the vehicle reliability level of different fuel types. Through comparative analysis, we can reveal the fault changing rule and reliability level of new energy relative to traditional fuel vehicles, so as to provide basic support for improving the reliability of new energy vehicles, reducing maintenance costs, expanding vehicle owners' purchase options and improving the market share of new energy vehicles.
