冲压自动线后围风窗废料收集方案设计与应用

摘要 本文通过分析后围四个零件目前生产现状,以及该类零件自动化生产所存在的问题,设计出了一套解决该类零件侧滑出废料的收集与利用方案,并成功实施应用,彻底消除了该类零件自动化生产的关键瓶颈难题。该方案对封闭式冲压线废料收集有着很好的借鉴意义。 In this paper, through analyzing the current production status of the four parts and the problems existing in the automatic production of the parts, a set of solutions to the collection and utilization of the side slip of the parts is designed, and the application is successfully applied to completely eliminate the key bottleneck problems of the automatic production of this kind of parts. This scheme has a good reference value for the closed stamping line waste collection.
