舒适护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用

Application of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic hernia surgery in children

目的探讨舒适护理在腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中的应用效果。方法选择2015年8月-2017年3月在东莞市儿童医院诊治的小儿疝气患儿253例,随机分为观察组124例,对照组129例,所有患儿都采用腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术,所有患儿在手术期间给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上增加舒适护理,比较两组患儿的术后下地活动时间、术后住院时间、并发症及复发情况。结果观察组的术后下地活动时间、术后住院时间明显少于对照组;观察组围手术期间并发症发生率为2.4%,低于对照组的10.0%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组术后复发情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论腹腔镜下小儿疝气手术中采用舒适护理对患儿的康复具有促进作用,并能减少阴囊内积气、切口感染、戳孔血肿等并发症的发生率。

Objective To explore the application of comfortable nursing in laparoscopic hernia surgery in children. Methods From August 2015 to March 2017,253 cases of children with pediatric hernia in Children ＇s Hospital of Dongguan City were selected and randomly divided into the observation group of124 cases and the control group of 129 cases. All children underwent laparoscopic pediatric hernia surgery.All the children were given routine care during the operation,and the observation group was given comfortable nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The time of activity time after operation,postoperative hospital stay,complications and recurrence were compared between the two groups. Results The postoperative activity time and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group; During the perioperative period,the incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.4%,which was significantly lower than 10.0% in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of postoperative recurrence between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfortable nursing care for children with laparoscopic hernia surgery can promote the rehabilitation of children,and can reduce the incidence of complications such as scrotal internal gas,incision infection,puncture hematoma,and so on.
