品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用

The application of QCC in the continuous improvement of quality of nursing in Department of Neurosurgery

目的探究品管圈在神经外科护理质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法本文选取2016年5月-2017年7月高唐县人民医院神经外科收治的患者112例,随机分为对照组和观察组各56例,对照组实施常规的护理方法,观察组实施品管圈护理方法。结果观察组服务态度、安全管理能力、护理责任感和实践操作能力评分均高于对照组;观察组护理满意度为98.21%,高于对照组的80.36%;观察组护理差错率为5.36%,低于对照组的21.43%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将品管圈护理方法应用到神经外科护理质量持续改进中,有助于提升神经外科护理质量及患者护理满意度,应在神经外科临床护理中推广使用。

Objective To explore the application effect of QCC in the continuous improvement of quality of nursing in Department of Neurosurgery. Methods 112 patients were selected from May 2016 to July2017 in Department of Neurosurgery of Gaotang County People＇s Hospital were admitted,randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,56 cases in each group. The control group was given the routine nursing methods,and the observation group was given the nursing method of the QCC.Results The scores of service attitude,safety management ability,nursing responsibility and practical operation ability of the observation group were higher than those of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 98.21%,which was higher than that of the control group with80.36%. The nursing error rate in the observation group was 5.36%,which was lower than that of the control group with 21.43%. The differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The applying QCC nursing method in the continuous improvement of nursing quality in Department of Neurosurgery can help improve the quality of nursing care and patient satisfaction. It should be popularized in the clinical nursing of Department of Neurosurgery.
