Application of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents(2016) to guide individual balanced diet structure

目的探讨应用《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》指导个体平衡膳食结构的价值。方法研究时间为2017年1-9月,采用整群抽样方法,选取虎门镇居民249例,参考《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》,应用膳食平衡指数(DBI)指标进行总体评价。结果 249例居民谷类、豆类摄入量低于推荐摄入量人数<50.00%,而其他类食物(肉类、蔬菜、水果、奶类、蛋类)摄入量低于推荐摄入量人数均>50.00%。249例居民的DBI-LBS、DBI-HBS、DBI-TS与DBI-DQD值分别为(20.92±8.24)分、(13.45±7.24)分、(-7.58±2.44)分和(34.29±10.92)分。结论新修订的《中国居民膳食指南(2016)》科学权威,易学易懂,DBI方法的应用能有效判定个体膳食结构,有利于指导平衡膳食。

Objective To explore the value of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents（2016） to guide individual balanced diet structure. Methods The study time was from January 2017 to September 2017,and249 residents in Humen town were selected by cluster sampling method. Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents（2016） was referred and evaluated by dietary balance index（DBI）. Results The intake of cereals and legumes was lower than the recommended intake in less than 50.00% of 249 cases. The intake of other foods（meat,vegetables,fruits,milk and eggs） was lower than the recommended intake in higher than50.00% of them. The DBI-LBS,DBI-HBS,DBI-TS and DBI-DQD values of 249 residents were（20.92±8.24） scores,（13.45±7.24） scores,（-7.58±2.44） scores and（34.29±10.92） scores,respectively. Conclusion The newly revised Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents（2016） is scientifically authoritative and easy to learn and understand. The application of DBI method can effectively determine the individual diet structure,and is conducive to guiding balanced diet.
