摘要
目的研究针对性健康教育对盆腔炎患者临床治疗效果、健康知识水平和生活质量的影响。方法选择2013年1月-2016年12月在吴川市妇幼保健计划生育服务中心进行诊治的盆腔炎患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组各80例。对照组施以常规护理,观察组联合施以针对性健康教育,比较两组的临床治疗效果、健康知识水平和生活质量。结果观察组的总有效率为91.25%(73/80),高于对照组的77.50%(62/80);观察组对盆腔炎相关健康知识掌握情况的优良率为95.00%(76/80),高于对照组的77.50%(62/80);观察组躯体功能、情绪功能、角色功能、社会功能生活质量评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在慢性盆腔炎患者中开展针对性健康教育能够获得良好的临床治疗效果,并对患者的健康知识水平及生活质量起到改善作用。
Objective To study the effect of targeted health education on the clinical efficacy,health knowledge level and quality of life in patients with pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods 160 cases of pelvic inflammatory disease diagnosed and treated in Wuchuan Maternal and Child Health Care Family Planning Service Center from January 2013 to December 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given targeted health education. The clinical efficacy,health knowledge level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group with 91.25%(73/80) was higher than 77.50%(62/80) of the control group; The excellent rate of related knowledge about pelvic inflammatory disease with 95.00%(76/80) of the observation group was higher than 77.50%(62/80) of the control group; The quality of life scores of somatic function,emotional function,role function,social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group. The differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion Targeted health education in patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease can achieve significant clinical treatment effect,and improve the health knowledge level and quality of life of patients.
