摘要
布料厚度测量是基于变介电常数电容传感器的一种精密测量。详细地叙述了电容式非金属材料厚度测量装置的工作原理,设计了一个简单的布料厚度测量电路,通过仿真实验证明,这种方法可以实现布料厚度的测量,对于非金属材料厚度测量有一定使用价值和借鉴意义。
Cloth thickness measurement is a precise measurement based on variable dielectric constant capacitive sensor. The working principle of the capacitive thickness measuring device for non-metallic materials is described in detail, a simple cloth thickness measuring circuit is designed. The simulation results show that this method can be used to measure the cloth thickness, and it can be used for reference for the thickness measurement of non-metallic materials.
