微血管密度在低级别滤泡性淋巴瘤与滤泡增生型淋巴结反应性增生鉴别诊断中的意义

摘要 目的探讨微血管密度在低级别滤泡性淋巴瘤(LGFL)与滤泡增生型淋巴结反应性增生(FHLRH)鉴别诊断中的意义方法选取LGFL与FHLRH病例各50例,使用CD34/SMA进行免疫组化双染色,观察二者及二者各型微血管的微血管密度(MVD)的差异结果 FHLRH与LGFL的MVD分别为(107.33±19.57)、(213.33±46.13),二者差异具统计学意义(P<0.001);FHLRH与LGFL中的不成熟型微血管的MVD分别为(102.23±18.64)、(205.99±26.24),二者差异具统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 FHLRH的MVD明显低于LGFL的MVD,FHLRH中的不成熟型微血管的MVD明显低于LGFL中的不成熟型微血管的MVD,这些在二者的鉴别诊断中具有重要意义。 Objective To study the correlation between plasma homocysteine concentration and Alzheimer's disease,and discuss the intervention effect of folic acid and vitamin B12 for Alzheimer's disease accompany with high homocysteine levels. Methods From January 2014 to October 2017,80 cases of Alzheimer ' s patients received therapy in our hospital were selected as dementia group,and 80 cases of elderly volunteers went for health physical examination during the same period were set as the control group. Gathering the fasting venous blood for detecting the levels of plasma homocysteine and compared,analyzing the correlation between Alzheimer's disease and the concentration of plasma homocysteine. According to homocysteine levels of dementia patients,they were divided into high homocysteine group and normal group. The simple mental state scale( MMSE) and Montreal cognitive assessment scale( MoCA) was used to evaluate the cognitive functions of the two groups of patients,compared cognitive function of dementia patients with different plasma homocysteine levels. Patients with hyper-homocysteine were treated with folic acid and vitamin B12,and the plasma homocysteine levels and cognitive function scores were compared before and after intervention. Results Plasma homocysteine levels in the dementia group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0.05),and the correlation analysis showed that plasma homocysteine was positively correlated with senile dementia. MMSE score and MoCA score of hyper-homocysteine group were lower than the normal group( P〈0. 05),while after folic acid and vitamin B12 interference,plasma homocysteine levels of high homocysteine group significantly lower than that of before intervention( P〈0.05),the MMSE score and MoCA score were higher than that before intervention( P〈0. 05).Conclusions Plasma homocysteine is closely related to the occurrence of Alzheimer's disease,the treatment of folic acid and vitamin B12 for Alzheimer ' s patients can effectively prompt the reduction of homocysteine levels.
