低温等离子射频消融扁桃体部分切除术与扁桃体全切除术治疗儿童OSAHS的比较分析

Comparative analysis of low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of partial tonsillectomy and tonsillectomy for the treatment of OSAHS in children

目的探讨低温等离子射频消融扁桃体部分切除术在治疗儿童阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)扁桃体手术中优势。方法收集我科2016年1月—2017年08月住院治疗需行扁桃体切除术的儿童OSAH S患者94例,随机分成两组,试验组47例,采用等离子行扁桃体部分切除术,对照组47例,行等离子扁桃体切除术。对比2组手术时间、术中出血量、术后次日疼痛指数及术后住院天数。结果试验组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后次日疼痛指数及住院天数均低于实验组(P<0.05)。结论低温等离子扁桃体部分切除术治疗儿童OSAHS的扁桃体肥大优于低温等离子扁桃体全切除术方法。

Objective To explore the advantages of low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation of partial tonsillectomy in the treatment of children obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome（ OSAH S）tonsillectomy. Methods 94 children with OSAHS,admitted to our hospital and received tonsil resection during January 2016 to August 2017,were randomly divided into two groups,47 cases in the experiment group received plasma partial tonsillectomy,47 cases in the control group underwent plasma tonsillectomy.The time of operation,the amount of bleeding in the operation,the pain index of the following day after the operation,and the hospitalized time after the operation were compared.Results The time of operation,the amount of bleeding in the operation,the postoperative pain index and the postoperative hospitalized time in the experimental group were all lower than that of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Hypothermic plasma partial tonsillectomy for the treatment of OSAHS tonsillar hypertrophy in children is superior to low temperature plasma tonsillectomy.
