瑞舒伐他汀与阿托伐他汀对冠心病患者的临床治疗效果对比分析

Comparison and analysis of the effect of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin on the clinical treatment of coronary heart disease

目的对比分析在冠心病患者治疗中瑞舒伐他汀及阿托伐他汀应用的临床效果。方法抽取2016年10月—2017年9月,经本院确诊收治的60例冠心病患者列为本次研究的对象,按制定的治疗方案将纳入对象分为常规组及治疗组各30例,治疗组实施瑞舒伐他汀药物治疗,常规组实施阿托伐他汀药物治疗,疗程为12个月,对比两组患者的血脂指标、不良反应发生率及治疗有效率。结果治疗后,治疗组患者的血脂指标在治疗后得到显著的改善,与常规组患者血脂指标对比有差异(P<0.05);治疗组患者的不良反应发生率6.7%低于常规组患者的26.7%(P<0.05);治疗组患者的治疗有效率96.7%高于常规组患者的80%(P<0.05)。结论通过应用瑞舒伐他汀及阿托伐他汀药物治疗,前者改善患者的血脂水平作用显著,且用药安全性较高,治疗效果显著。

Objective To compare the clinical effects of rosuvastatin and atorvastatin in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods 60 cases of coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from October 2016 to September 2017 were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the established treatment plan,the subjects were divided into routine group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with rosuvastatin,and the conventional group was treated with atorvastatin. The course of treatment was 12 months. The blood lipid index,the incidence of adverse reactions and the effective rate of treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the blood lipid index of the patients in the treatment group was significantly improved after treatment,and the blood lipid index of the patients in the routine group was different（ P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was 6.7% lower than 26.7% of the conventional group（ P〈0.05）. The effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.7% higher than that of the conventional group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions Rosuvastatin and atorvastatin are effective in the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease. The former has a significant effect on improving the blood lipid level of patients,and has high safety and obvious therapeutic effect.
