摘要
目的探讨护理本科生专业认同对自主学习能力的影响。方法采用护理本科生专业认同问卷、自主学习能力问卷对某高校护理专业220名大二本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生自主学习能力总分为(100.12±10.58)分,专业认同总分为(82.75±8.09)分,两者之间呈显著正相关。分层回归分析显示,除去人口统计学变量的影响,专业认同中专业期望、专业意志、专业技能3个维度可独立预测自主学习能力的23%。结论护理教育者应采取针对性的教学策略,加大对学生专业认同感的培养,提升其自主学习能力,促进护理人才的培养成效。
Objective To determine the effects of professional identity on self-directed learning ability among undergraduate nursing students.Methods A total of 220 nursing students were recruited and investigated with the Questionnaire for Baccalaureate Nursing Students ' professional identity and Self-directed Learning Questionnaire. Results The total scores of professional identity and self-directed learning ability were( 100.12±10.58) and( 82.75±8.09),respectively. Professional identity was positively correlated with self-directed learning ability. Regression analysis showed that professional expectation,professional volition and professional skill could independently explain 23% of the variance for nursing students 'self-directed learning ability after controlling demographic variables. Conclusions Nursing educators should focus on the professional identity of nursing students and take effective measure to improve their self-directed learning ability.
