芪药消渴胶囊对气阴两虚型患者的临床治疗效果分析

Clinical effect analysis of stilbene medicine capsule on patients with DN( Qi and yin deficiency)

目的分析DN(气阴两虚型)患者临床治疗中芪药消渴胶囊应用下取得的效果。方法选择2016年2月—2017年2月本院收治的DN(气阴两虚型)患者86例作为研究对象,通过数字随机划分方法分为对照组和观察组,每组各43例。对照组给予基础治疗方法,观察组联合给予芪药消渴胶囊,对两组患者治疗效果观察比较。结果治疗有效率观察组95.35%(41/43)与对照组81.40%(35/43)对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患者尿蛋白量、中医症候积分评分结果差异均无统计学意义。治疗后观察组24 h尿蛋白量(0.55±0.50)g低于对照组(0.96±0.45)g,中医症候积分治疗后观察组(8.40±3.50)分低于对照组(15.52±2.80)分,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DN(气阴两虚型)患者临床治疗中,常规治疗加用芪药消渴胶囊,在改善临床症状上效果明显,尿蛋白排泄减少,应在临床实践中推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effect of stilbene medicine capsule in the clinical treatment of DN(Qi and Yin deficiency） patients.Methods From February 2016 to February 2017,86 patients of DN(Qi and Yin deficiency） were selected and divided them into control group and observation group averagely with the methods of digital random method,control group were given basic treatment,observation group were given stilbene medicine capsule,their clinical treatment effect were compared. Results Effective rate of observation group was 95.35%(41/43）,it was 81.40%(35/43） in control group,there was statistically significant(P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in the urine protein amount and TCM syndrome score of the two groups before treatment. After treatment,the amount of 24 h urinary protein in the observation group(0.55± 0.50 g） was lower than that in the control group(0.96± 0.45 g）. After the treatment,TCM symptom score of the observation group(8.40±3.50） was lower than that in the control group(15.52± 2.80）,and the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05） Conclusions For patients of with DN(Qi and yin deficiency）,stilbene medicine capsule can improve their clinical symptoms,decrease urinary protein excretion and worth of application.
