大学生应对突发公共卫生事件知信行调查及其影响因素分析

The investigation of knowledge,attitudes and practice about dealing with emergency public health events among the college students in Wuhu and analysis its influencing

目的了解大学生应对突发公共卫生事件的知识、态度、行为的现状及其影响因素,分析存在的问题及原因,提供相应的对策和建议。方法采用分层随机整群抽样的方法选取芜湖市部分大学生为调查对象,得到有效问卷1068份,采用描述性分析,Logistic回归的方法进行分析。结果应对突发公共卫生事件知识得分均值为(7.43±2.88)分,合格率仅为22.2%,应对突发公共卫生事件态度得分均值为(7.50±2.81)分,合格率仅为58.0%,应对突发公共卫生事件行为得分均值为(28.61±4.91)分,合格率仅为29.6%。Logistic回归结果表示,性别(OR=1.608,95%CI:1.199~2.155),年级(OR1=1.130,95%CI:0.892~1.926;OR2=1.629,95%CI:1.141~2.326)是大学生应对突发公共卫生事件认知的影响因素,年龄、学校和生源地是影响大学生应对突发公共卫生事件态度的因素,而认知(OR=2.283,95%CI:1.684~3.096)是大学生应对突发公共卫生事件行为的唯一影响因素。结论大学生应对突发公共卫生事件的基本认知和行为能力不足,态度相对较好,学校应加强宣传教育,培养应急意识,开展应急培训和训练,提高应急能力。

Objective To investigate the current situation of knowledge,attitudes and practice about dealing with emergency public health events among the college students in Wuhu and influencing factors,to analyze existent problems and reasons and to provide strategy and suggestions.Methods Some college students in Wuhu were chosen by the multi-stage sampling method and got 1068 valid questionnaires,and analyzed the data by descriptive statistics and logistic regression. Results The average scores of respondents knowledge,attitudes and practice about emergency public health events were(7. 43 ± 2. 88）,(7. 50 ± 2. 81） and(28. 61 ± 4. 91）,the qualified rates were 22.2%,58.0% and 29.6% respectively. The results of logistic regression indicated sex(OR =1.608,95%CI： 1.199-2.155） and grade(OR1= 1.130,95% CI： 0. 892-1. 926; OR2= 1. 629,95% CI： 1. 141-2.326） were the influencing factors of knowledge about dealing with emergency public health events among the college students. Age,school and native place were the factors of attitudes of influencing the college students on dealing with emergency public health events,but the knowledge(OR = 2. 283,95% CI： 1. 684-3. 096） was the only influencing factor of practice about dealing with emergency public health events among the college students.Conclusions The college student lack of basic knowledge and practice skills of emergency public health events,however,their attitudes toward emergency public health events were relatively good. Schools should enhance propaganda and education,cultivate emergency consciousness,carry out emergency learning and training and improve emergency skills of public health events.
