摘要
目的探讨情景式案例教学模式在血液学检验教学中的应用效果。方法选择实验组开展情景式案例教学,在对照组实施传统模式的灌输式教学,问卷调查实验组学生对情景式案例教学模式的评价,通过理论和技能考核成绩比较两组学生的学习效果。结果问卷调查显示实验组学生普遍喜爱这种情景式案例教学模式,学习积极性及主动性提高,学习成绩(理论考核91.00±8.55分,技能考核89.95±6.28分)明显优于对照组(77.62±9.19分,78.90±9.38分),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论情景式案例教学体现学生的主体性,能够激发学生学习的主动性和学习激情,培养学生的临床思维能力,构建交互式师生关系和创造自主建构知识的学习过程,从而提升教学质量和人才培养水平。
Objective To discuss the application effect of scene-based case teaching model in hematologic examination teaching. Methods Students in experimental group received the scenario of case teaching and in the control group received the traditional mode of inculcation. A questionnaire survey was conducted to evaluate the situational case teaching model in the experimental group,and the learning effects of the two groups were compared by means of theory and skill assessment.Results Questionnaire survey on students in the experimental group showed that they like the scene teaching mode,their learning motivation and initiative improved and their academic records(theory examination 91. 00 ± 8. 55 points,skills assessment 89. 95 ± 6. 28)were significantly better than the control group(77. 62 ± 9. 19 points,78. 90 ± 9. 38 points),the differences were statistically significant(P〈0. 01). Conclusions Scene teaching reflects the students ' subjectivity,it can stimulate students' learning motivation and learning passion,cultivate students' ability of clinical thinking,build an interactive relationship between teachers and students,create independent construction of knowledge and the learning process,so as to enhance the quality of teaching and training level.
