护理人文关怀教育对实习护士人文关怀品质培养的效果分析 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨护理人文关怀教育对实习护士人文关怀品质的培养效果。方法选择2016年8月—2017年3月在本院实习的120名实习护士作为研究对象,将其随机分为干预组与对照组,每组各60人。两组实习护士均接受常规的临床教学。干预组在此基础上实施护理人文关怀教育。比较两组实习护士人文关怀知识和能力。结果实习前,两组人文关怀的理论成绩比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实习结束后,干预组实习护士理论成绩(91.4±4.4)分明显高于对照组(86.0±6.5)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实习前,两组实习护士人文关怀能力总分及各维度比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。实习结束后,干预组实习护士关怀能力总分(202.5±20.6)分、耐心(54.0±6.5)分、理解(77.3±7.2)分、勇气维度(71.2±6.9)分均较对照组(173.6±26.2)分、(41.2±7.0)分、(70.0±10.1)分、(62.8±9.3)分明显提高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过护理人文关怀教育后,干预组实习护士人文关怀能力分级好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理人文关怀教学能使实习护士自觉学习人文关怀知识,体验人文关怀的真谛,为患者实施人文关怀,从而有效提高其人文关怀能力。 Objective To explore the effect of humanistic care education on the quality of humanistic care of probationer clinical nurses.Methods 120 cases of probationer nurses of our hospital during August 2016 and March 2017 were selected as the research objects,and the nurses were randomly divided into intervention group and control group,60 in each group. Two groups of practice nurses received routine clinical teaching. The intervention group implemented humanistic care education. The humanistic caring knowledge and ability of the two groups of practice nurses were compared. Results Before practice,the theoretical score had no significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05). After the practice,the theoretical score(91.4±4.4) of the practical nurses in the intervention group was significantly higher than that in the control group(86. 0 ± 6. 5)(P〈0. 05).Before practice,there was no significant difference in total score and dimension of humanistic care ability between two groups of nurses(P〈0.05). After the end of the internship,the scores of caring ability(202. 5 ± 20. 6),patience(54±6.5),understanding(77. 3 ± 7. 2) and courage(71. 2 ± 6. 9) of nurses in intervention group were significantly increased compared with the control group(173.6±26.2),(41.2±7),(70±10.1) and(62.8±9.3)(all P〈0. 05). After nursing humanistic care education,the humanistic caring ability of practical nurses in intervention group was better than that of control group(P〈0.05).Conclusions The nursing humanistic care teaching can make practice nurses consciously learn humanistic care knowledge,experience the true meaning of humanistic care,and implement humanistic care for patients,and effectively improve their humanistic care ability.
