舟山市毛蚶中创伤弧菌的污染分布及特征 被引量:2

Pollution distribution and characteristics of Vibrio vulnificus in anadara subcrenata from Zhoushan

摘要 目的调查研究舟山市毛蚶中创伤弧菌污染状况,以及不同来源分离株之间的相关性。方法采用MPN法监测不同季节养殖场和零售市场毛蚶的污染状况,采用Pulse Net中公布的霍乱弧菌PFGE标准进行分子分型。结果 316份毛蚶样品的创伤弧菌总检出率为22.15%,夏季和秋季阳性检出率分别为40.40%和28.21%,明显高于春季的9.33%和冬季的1.56%。养殖场创伤弧菌检出率(23.21%)高于零售市场(20.94%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且养殖场和零售市场的污染高峰都出现在夏季。41株创伤弧菌有效分离株和4株病源株分子分型后形成44个型别,根据TENOVER原则,其中有4组分离株聚类度较高(>98%)。结论应在夏秋及秋冬季节分别加强舟山地区养殖环节和零售市场的风险管控,且分离株存在广泛的遗传多样性和一定的遗传稳定性,可为食品风险监测提供相关因素。 Objective This study investigated the contamination of Vibrio vulnificus in anadara subcrenata from Zhoushan. The correlation among different isolates from different sources was also analyzed. Methods The MPN method was used to monitor the contamination of V. vulnificus in different conditions. Molecular typing was performed by the pulsed field gel electrophoresis( PFGE) standard of V. cholerae published in Pulse Net. Results The overall positive rate of 316 samples was 22. 15%,and the positive rate in Summer and Autumn( 9. 33 %,40. 40 %) was higher than that of Spring and Winter( 28. 21%,1. 56%).The positive rate of V. vulnificus in aqua farm was 23. 21%,which is higher than that in retail market( 20. 94%),and the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05),with the contamination peak in Summer. 41 samples isolated from shellfish and 4 from patient were divided into 44 types. According to the TENOVER principle,4 groups of isolates had higher clustering rate( 〉98%). Conclusion In the summer,autumn and winter,risk control of the farming and retail markets in Zhoushan should be strengthened,and the isolates have extensive genetic diversity and certain genetic stability,which can provide relevant factors for food risk monitoring.
